Individual Therapy
for
Women & Girls

Understand yourself more deeply.
Let go of patterns that no longer serve you.
Feel more confident in who you are.

You may be doing well on the outside while internally feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of yourself. Maybe you're navigating a major transition, struggling in your relationships, questioning who you are, or recognizing that experiences from your past continue to influence how you feel today.

Therapy can give you space to slow down, understand what's underneath those patterns, and begin creating meaningful change.

You Don't Have to Be in Crisis to Come to Therapy

Sometimes there isn't one obvious reason that brings you to therapy.

You might simply know that something feels off. Maybe you're tired of overthinking, putting pressure on yourself, repeating the same relationship patterns, or constantly worrying about what other people think.

You may have spent a lot of your life being capable, responsible, and taking care of everyone around you—while becoming increasingly disconnected from what you actually want or need.

Therapy can create space to become curious about those patterns rather than judging them, understand where they came from, and decide what you want to carry forward.

Areas We May Explore

Anxiety can show up as constant worry, overthinking, irritability, difficulty relaxing, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or feeling like your mind never really turns off.

Together, we can explore what's underneath the anxiety while developing tools to help you feel more grounded and better able to navigate stress and uncertainty.

Anxiety & Overwhelm

1

Sometimes your sense of worth becomes closely connected to achievement, productivity, relationships, appearance, or how other people perceive you.

Therapy can help you understand where those expectations came from, challenge beliefs that are no longer serving you, and develop a more secure sense of who you are outside of what you accomplish or provide for others.

Self-Worth & Perfectionism

2

Our earliest relationships often shape what we learn about connection, conflict, boundaries, love, and our own worth.

Therapy can help you recognize patterns in your current relationships, understand how earlier experiences may be influencing them, and develop healthier ways of communicating, setting boundaries, and connecting with others.

Identity & Life Transitions

4

Life changes can bring unexpected questions about who you are and what you want.

Changes in relationships, careers, family roles, friendships, your body, or simply entering a new stage of life can disrupt a sense of identity that once felt familiar.

Therapy provides space to explore what matters to you now and how you want to move through the next chapter of your life.

Therapy for Teen Girls

Adolescence can bring enormous emotional and social change alongside increasing expectations at school, in friendships, in athletics, and online.

I work with teen girls navigating anxiety, self-confidence, perfectionism, relationships, identity, pressure, and difficult life experiences.

Therapy can provide a space outside of family, school, and friendships where teens can better understand themselves, develop coping skills, build confidence, and learn to navigate challenges with greater self-awareness.

For parents: Therapy is most effective when teens feel that the therapeutic space belongs to them. When appropriate, I collaborate with parents while maintaining clear boundaries around a teen's privacy and therapeutic relationship.

When the Past Is Still Showing Up in the Present

Sometimes the patterns we're struggling with today make more sense when we understand what we've experienced in the past.

Difficult relationships, criticism, rejection, loss, family dynamics, or traumatic experiences can influence how we see ourselves and how our nervous systems respond long after those experiences have ended.

When appropriate, I may incorporate EMDR therapy to help process experiences that continue to carry emotional weight.

My Approach

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, curious, and human.

Rather than simply focusing on symptoms, we'll work to understand the experiences, relationships, beliefs, and patterns underneath them.

Depending on your needs, I integrate traditional talk therapy with EMDR, mindfulness, and body-based approaches. Our work is individualized to you—there isn't one formula for what therapy needs to look like.

My goal is to create a space where you can understand yourself more deeply, develop greater compassion for yourself, and feel more confident navigating your relationships and your life.
